It's here, the Arizona Citizens Action for the Arts Annual Report!
Last year was filled with challenges, but we also took advantage of
opportunities to build relationships with elected officials, expand our
activity in state and local elections and arts education, and promote the
growth of the whole industry through an Arizona Town Hall. Each day the
AzCA/AA staff and volunteers, worked with you to build support for the arts,
culture, and arts education all over the state of Arizona.
Read all about it in our Annual Report, 2010-2011. You can view it online here or pick up a hard copy at the AzCA/AA offices. Share it with your friends and colleagues because we want you, and each of our stakeholders, to be partners in our work to make Arizona the kind of state where every citizen knows the value of arts, culture, and arts education.
The coming year will present a whole new set of challenges to maintain public support for the arts, elect state and local officials who value the arts and promote the arts as a critical component to every Arizona child's education. You and your support will make the difference. We will be counting on every arts organization, big and small, every advocate from every corner of the state, to step up, talk to your family, friends, and elected officials about why arts, culture and arts education are critical to Arizona and our state's future.
